The City of Newton, Iowa is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare Design Guidelines for properties located within the Newton Downtown Historic District, provide training to the Newton Historic Preservation Commission and staff regarding the implementation of the Design Guidelines, and provide a Streetscape Master Plan for the Newton Main Street District.
