Review & Decision Process

IowaMicroLoan has been contracted by Preservation Iowa to assist with the credit review process, to create loan documents, and to provide loan administration. IowaMicroLoan will make final decisions regarding approval or disapproval of all loan applications. The approved loans will be made using electronic funds transfer and loan payments will be made by the applicant business using electronic funds transfer.
